Today's Look

I decided to share today's look with you. The hair is not-yet-released from Mina Hair and I think it's absolutely flirty. I started the outfit from a red leather jacket now discounted at Designer Circle (hurry! today is the last day).
The red color screamed for more red, so I put on the red leather pants from Vextra. That's really a keeper for me.
I wanted contrast so I decided to make something instead of searching my inventory :) The bra and bikini are the newest release at Aggressione, and this time I made it a group gift. All you need to do is join Aggressione group to get it for free. And if you have no group spots left, you can get it on marketplace for a mere L$1.



The beautiful colorful jewelry is from je suis, which recently turned 1 year old! Congrats Julia!

The talented Julia Merosi of je suis received the GLANCE fashion award in the "best newcomer" category, and is celebrating this with a 60% sale that ends 18th March.

First of all you should know this isn't me, it's Jade. According to her styling card, Jade is a gorgeous, active, modern and sexy woman. I like that! So yeah, I'm Jade today, baby!

Luna Said Goldenrod

This week's color is goldenrod, as Luna Jubilee's blog says. I have to admit I wasn't quite sure what *goldenrod* is, so I googled. Yeah, I know, even if Luna put the color right there on her blog. My golden leggings from League were fab and even though the rod part is missing I added a cute top, which kind of makes up for that part. I added some awesome bangles and an equally awesome belt, both from Milady's Jewelry. I think the belt does a great job at adding that little detail to the outfit and luckily it is both metal and color changeable. The hairstyle is the latest subscribeo gift from ChiChickie. All this being said, I ended up being very pleased with this outfit :)

Beauty Is in The Eye of The Beholder

I don't know who would wear latex at the beach, but in Second Life anything is possible. I'm wearing the latest release of Vextra Fashion, again, in red, because I like this color a lot. The wild hair from Hazzard was a keeper for the latex costume. The roses on my arm and mouth bring that "je ne sais quoi". They are newly released by Julia Merosi of je suis. The earrings, also new, are available only at je suis @ Rodeo Drive. I hope you like my shadows :P

Cleopatra Reloaded

I won at Midnight Mania a hair that makes me feel like Cleopatra and the Garden of Da Vinci seemed adequate for taking pics. When I put on this long curly hair from Hazzard, it just so happened I was wearing the jewelry set from Milady's.
Luana Juliesse, the talented designer of Milady's, who gracefully gave me the review copy, told me the girls in her group wanted bold jewelry. Thus she made the Extravaganzza set. I paired the rich necklace and bangles with a simple and beautiful dress from WoE (previous Platinum hunt gift). Hope you enjoy this look!

ANI-mate for fun

Let me start by saying this is not a fashion post. It's about what happens "behind the scenes" when taking the pictures we love so much. A simple method is to have a posestand with animations inside.
But what happens if you can't rezz it? Or if you want to photograph a friend? Most animations are sold no transfer. Then you can use the ANI-mate HUD made by Vextra Messing.
What is so great about it? Well for starters, it organizes the animations you already have and the interface is much more user-friendly: you get to display 10 animations at a time. Once you click a certain animation, you can animate yourself.
What's even better is that you can actually animate other avatars (up to 12) for a photo. So remember that nice sim where you wanted to take a nice photo of your friend but couldn't because you didn't have rezz permission? Well, the HUD solves that problem for you! You don't NEED to rezz a thing. Unless of course, you really want to.
Another thing, particularly useful to fashion pics is the possibility of saving the camera position.
And guess what? You don't have to be a genius to use it. What you get: a HUD full with over 100 animations, a poseball and a copiable (empty) HUD. You rezz the empty HUD on the ground, drag and drop your animations inside, get back the HUD and use the little buttons to animate yourself or others. You can use it for dances too!

Last night's Halloween party was a blast. I had so much fun that I didn't want to think tomorrow is Monday. So I put on a sexy little number from Vextra Fashion.
